DEDICATED VEHICLES
The composition of load shall be done in accordance with the provisions of Annex II Chapter IV of Reg. EC 852/2004, which allows the transport of food products with different types of goods, providing, when necessary, to separate them efficiently in order to avoid contamination.

REGULAR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The loading compartments for the transport of food products are kept clean as well as subjected to regular maintenance, in order to protect food products from sources of contamination.
