The fuel surcharge is an automatic increase applied only to rates related to transportation, calculated on the basis of the average monthly cost for the second previous month, officially recorded by the Ministry of Economic Development.

The surcharge will be applied according to the table attached to the contract, where the percentage of application is found according to the average monthly fuel cost of the second previous month. For example for April refer to the average fuel cost of the month of February.
